National Digital Health Mission: 

 During the Corona virus epidemic, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced the 'National Digital Health Mission' on the occasion of Independence Day.  He said that under this campaign, a personal health ID of all Indians will be created and it will contain all the medical tests, diseases, which doctor gave which medicine and when, what were your reports etc.

 Every Indian will get a health ID card

PM Modi said that the country is going to start a huge campaign in the field of health, which will bring a new revolution in this area.  He informed that under this mission every Indian will get a health ID card.

 All health details will be included in health ID card

 He told that this card will work like a profile in which information will be added online to show the doctor, take medicines from the pharmacy and get the test done.  PM Modi said, everything will be available in your health profile, from doctor appointment to medicine advice.

 

 What is 'National Digital Health Mission'

 Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (Ayushman Bharat Yojana) is being run in the country by the central government, which aims to provide free treatment to the poor and an insurance cover of five lakh rupees.  The National Digital Health Mission is a similar scheme whose main objective is to collect all the health information of the people in one place so that it can be easily treated when sick.

 On this occasion, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said that the Prime Minister has announced National Digital Health Mission while giving priority to health in India.  With the assistance of a Digital ID, all the countrymen are able to get their treatment from anywhere. This scheme will bring revolutionary changes within the health sector.

 What is National Digital Health Mission Health ID Card 

 The government will make a healthy ID card of all Indians under the National Digital Health Mission.  Such card is made in Ayushman Bharat Yojana.  This card will contain the complete profile of the person, which will contain all the information related to his health.

 That is, whenever you go to a doctor or medicine for getting sick, all those details will be added to this card so that your entire health report remains in one place and if you become ill in future, it can help in better and quick treatment.
